INTERNET TRACING OPERATIVE 2 OFFENDED
1/10/2000
Dear Sirs
I have just visited your site http://www.unolympics.com/index.shtml for monitoring purposes and am disappointed to find that you have misrepresented the facts of our previous copyright infringement discussions in a manner which gives offence.
Whilst appreciating your opinions and offering you some freedom to express them in a controlled manner we in no way crumbled to your legal team but actually respected your position and expected you as a publication to reciprocate by respecting ours.
Rather than respecting the considerations we extended, you have used your site to totally misrepresent the true facts. If you wish to be respected as journalists you really should have a more adult attitude towards individuals who would seek to treat you fairly.
I require you to remove the content you have added to your site including the IOC copyrighted logos (adapted incorrectly).
I further demand that you post an apology for your disparaging remarks and incorrect journalistic content.
Failure to act promptly to our requirements will result in my passing this matter to our legal department.
Yours sincerely
Internet Tracing Operative (2)
